🧰 Simple Helpers

Legacy Vault

The encrypted file behind the three private tools on Simple Helpers. One file, one passphrase, kept on your own device — this page explains how it works.

One file, three documents

The three tools are the same small app wearing different hats. It runs in any browser with no account, no internet, and nothing to install — and everything you type in any of them is saved to a single encrypted file that only you can open.

Keeping all three in one file means one passphrase to remember, one file to back up, and one thing for your family to find.

Open it

Open all three →

Opens right in your browser. To keep it handy, add it to your home screen, then it has its own icon and runs offline, like a regular app.

Showing this to an advisor or family member? Here's a one-page guide you can print or hand over.

Or download a copy

Each download is the whole app in one file. Keep it on a USB stick or email it to yourself, double-click to run it anywhere, no internet needed. A .vault file saved in any version opens in any of the others.

Your privacy

Nothing is ever sent anywhere. There is no account and no server. Your information is encrypted with a passphrase only you know and saved to a file you keep. This web page counts visits and clicks (so I can see what is useful), but the app itself collects nothing and phones nobody, by design.
